I will continue to sell and import to the EU and NI. All items sold will have the following declarations on the packaging and this web page will be maintained with all relevant information as a source for authorities.

The following statements provide information in compliance with EU/GPSR.

Manufacturer:
All items sold on Richard Moonstreet Ceramics are manufactured under the legal name Moonstreet Assets Limited, 12202952 registered in the UK.

Importer:
All items sold in the EU and NI are imported solely for personal use by Moonstreet Assets Ltd.

Exemptions:
Items sold by Moonstreet Assets Ltd are ceramic articles and trinkets, exempt from CE marking.

Serial markings:
Batch numbers can be found on the packaging of all items sent in and to the EU and NI. Serial numbers are not applicable as these items are handmade.
