Easy things I'll get working on rightaway, but some things which may need some more thought I will email you back with some ideas and plans to get your dreams a reality!

A few things to mention:

• Custom makes take 1-4 weeks to be ready depending on my workload, this is before shipping. So if you are buying for a special occasion, please do this early.
  The best results are from "ducks holding things". These are the most fun and most recognizable.
• When thinking about something to customise, go for things that are easy to recognise but not super detailed - smaller details will be lost under the transparent glaze and not show up well. So for example, a football under the wing for someone who likes sport is much better than a small tattoo they may have on their arm.
• Think about how my other ducks look, they are round bases without legs (the feet are just little orange boots! So for this reason, I can't make ducks wearing shoes, or using feet or legs for movement (IE dancing, skating, etc).
  I can't do very fine and brittle/long things, so won't be able to do (for example) holding a broomstick or with fine hair or alike, the clay is brittle and will snap when fired or in shipping.
• Avoid changing the body colour of the duck. Making the body of the duck another colour involves using a stain or an underglaze all over and when used over a large surface they often streak and look patchy when finished.
  lastly! If you make an order and I reply back saying it can't be done, then of course I will be able to refund you. It happens rarely, but it can happen!
