It's about time I extended the flock a bit more, so here is my new Pigeon Vase! A sturdy colourful companion to your home and a useful addition to the living room.
Like all my handmade items, this pigeon is wheel-thrown ceramic on the potter's wheel in a lovely speckled grey Sibelco clay, very rock dove. Underglazed with a pigeon colour palette and then kiln fired with a transparent sheen. The opening at the top is about 2cm for brushes, flowers or pens. All sizes are approximate as the kilns shrink things! Have you seen his busy mate?
